The Home Depot leased 822,000 square feet in Allentown, Pennsylvania from Prologis through the efforts of Sitar Realty Company. This building offered a large cross-dock warehouse facility with numerous doors. Prologis was able to expand the truck facility to accommodate Home Depot’s heavy truck parking needs. This location offered The Home Depot the ability to expand their distribution network with a facility that offered a location that could serve the northeast via a multi-highway network system which Allentown’s location provides. Sitar Realty has worked with the Home Depot on many transactions over the last 20+ years, leasing or selling more than 6 million sq. ft. of warehouse, office or retail space to Home Depot.
