Christopher Santoro is Sales Associate of Sitar Company ONCOR International, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Mr. Santoro joined the Company in 2003.

In his role as Sales Associate, Mr. Santoro specializes in commercial office leasing including tenant and landlord representation in New Jersey and throughout the U.S. His focus is primarily on Central New Jersey -- specifically Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth and Union counties. He plays a key role on a real estate team supervised by Senior Vice President Gregg Nowell and is currently part of a team exclusively handling twelve commercial agencies.

Included among Mr. Santoro’s recent transactions is a 135,000 square foot lease on behalf of the Kellogg Company for a new location in New Jersey; a 110,000 square foot lease extension/renewal for the Kellogg Company in Philadelphia; the sale of a 55,000 square foot office and retail center in Wall, N.J., representing the purchaser, Gottesman Real Estate Partners; and an approximately 35,000 square foot office lease for Chugai Pharma USA’s headquarters. His list of clients includes Kellogg Company, Transaction Publishers, Guardian Insurance, Chugai Pharma USA and Innovative Technology Solutions.

Mr. Santoro, a member of TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance, New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, mentors young team members and was named one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders” by Real Estate New Jersey magazine in 2009. He is a graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute.
